Sound is a powerful tool for transformation. When we combine Sound + Community we cultivate self empowerment and find healing that transcends the challenges we currently face both individually and collectively.
About:
::::Sound On:::: was created for the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Certification Program students to have their first group public sound session as their final project.
Danielle will introduce your practitioner and then "pass the mic" for them to lead you in a truly one of a kind experience. Every sound bath session will be different and unique to the guest practitioners topic and intention.

3. Have some water available so that you can hydrate after the experience
4. Headphones for optimal sound
5. Please note that your experience will also be determined by your internet connection.
6. Turn off notifications on your phone, device, or computer so you may fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Common Feedback from Sound Bath Experiences Include :
Reduced stress, anxiety, and depression, a calm mind and increased mental clarity, reduced pain, emotional release and clearing of emotional blockages, relaxation, better sleep, self discovery and transformation, and spiritual connection.
Description for this afternoons session:
Join me, Regina Van Leuvan from Ojas Sound for an intimate 60 minute sound journey to welcome January’s new moon. We will gather together on a virtual platform on January 11th from 6:30-7:30. EST
We have said goodbye to 2023. Now, let us use this time to clear out what does not serve us and make room to plant new seeds of intention and welcome new growth. When you surrender to the sound and bring forth your intention, it is the vibration and resonance that can create change in environmental input so you can shift and align the mind and body to make room for relaxation, clarity, connectedness and empowerment. Sound also has the capabilities to release energy blockages in the body and build new healthy Ojas energy!
No prior experience is necessary. Simply come with an open heart and willingness to embrace the transformative power of sound. For maximum relaxation during the session please bring a yoga mat, eye mask, pillow and blanket.

Regina Van Leuvan
Regina Van Leuvan is an artist that creates and facilitates sound and movement experiences.
She has been practicing yoga for many years and it has brought her a deep connection with herself, others and the community. Before she became a yoga instructor she was a school teacher and in her classroom she practiced yoga and sound therapy with her students on a daily basis. She saw how these practices helped children and teachers relax, focus, and become more “in tune” with their body and mind.
Regina is the founder of Ojas Sound. Ojas is a Sanskrit term that can be translated as “essence of vitality”. It is the vital energy that nourishes our strength, immunity and happiness. Regina now spends her time teaching yoga and facilitating sound experiences with a creative twist! Ojas Sound experiences are inspired by mindful movement, meditation, art and sound therapy to balance and deepen the mind ~ body connection. Each experience is intuitively and specifically created for the individual or group.
Regina has her Bachelors in Education, Kids Yoga Teacher Certification, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, and Certification in Sound Healing Therapy from the Sound Embrace Institute.
