Creativity flows like a river within us, waiting to be tapped into. In this sound bath meditation, we focus on nourishing your creative flame. The soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and chimes will lull you into a tranquil space where inspiration blooms. As you bask in these sounds, you'll find your creative energy rekindled and your ideas flowing effortlessly. This session encourages you to embrace your inner light as a source of boundless creativity, nurturing your creative spirit throughout the month.

You have two different ways to experience this session! Virtual or In person!

In Person:

These sessions are supportive to the energy of the month, broken down into weekly intentional sound bath sessions to align and feel empowered!

Join the intention/session that fits your needs for $35 per session OR message me to pay upfront for all 4 for $100. (Thats $25 per sessions - a $40 savings!)

Comfort is key!
Please bring everything you need to feel comfortable laying down for 40min. (blanket, pillow, yoga mat, etc). The more comfortable, your physical body can be, will help the mind to follow!

Have water on hand. You could become thirsty.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sessions.

Virtual

  • These virtual sessions are supportive to the energy of the month, broken down weekly.

  • These virtual sessions are held weekly for $15 per session

  • If you are a part of the SoundEmbrace Membership, you have access to these weekly virtual sessions for free. $22 a month (Both Live and Replay - SoundEmbrace (dot) com )

  • You are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen as you will be given Journaling Questions

How to best set up:

  1. Headphones are recommended and set to midway once the sound bath starts.

  2. Make sure you will be in a space where you will not be interrupted.

  3. Comfort is key! Make sure your physical body is as comfortable as possible.

  4. Have water on hand. You could become thirsty.
