Community Sound Bath with Kenyah

  • SoundEmbrace - Virtual (map)

Sound is a powerful tool for transformation. When we combine Sound + Community we cultivate self empowerment and find healing that transcends the challenges we currently face both individually and collectively.

About:

::::Sound On:::: was created for the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Certification Program students to have their first group public sound session as their final project.

Danielle will introduce your practitioner and then "pass the mic" for them to lead you in a truly one of a kind experience. Every sound bath session will be different and unique to the guest practitioners topic and intention.

After the sound healing session we will stick around for a 30 minute Q & A.

Get the most out of our time together:

1. Find a comfortable quiet spot where you will not be disturbed (sitting or laying down - your pick!)

2. Get cozy! Grab a blanket, pillow, or eye mask

3. Have some water available so that you can hydrate after the experience

4. Headphones for optimal sound

5. Please note that your experience will also be determined by your internet connection.

6. Turn off notifications on your phone, device, or computer so you may fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Common Feedback from Sound Bath Experiences Include :

Reduced stress, anxiety, and depression, a calm mind and increased mental clarity, reduced pain, emotional release and clearing of emotional blockages, relaxation, better sleep, self discovery and transformation, and spiritual connection.

Description for this evenings session:

Hello everyone! The intention for this sound bath this evening is transition. It seems we are all going through some sort of transition period in life right now, whether big or small. So I would like to invite you all to let go of control and stress for this hour, it may bring you clarity and/or peace through this time in your life.

Get to know your Practitioner:

Kenyah found her love for sound healing when she developed anxiety and the sounds of singing bowls were the only thing that seemed to help. Although her own journey into a holistic practice has just begun, she grew up in a family where alternative medicine was always the answer. As she continues down her path to self love and peace, she invites you all to start your own. Kenyah plans on including all of the things and communities she loves to come together into one space. This new adventure she is entering is not only for her but for everyone that never felt they were enough.
