This morning feeling all the feels and don’t know why. Is there something astrologically happening?
Or is it a Pisces thing?
Actually, I think I know what it is…
Since I got back from the original road trip in December, I felt this urgency to get things cleaned up. To sell the rest of my Sound Healing inventory, to doing my taxes, to find some answers to some weird health challenges that arose (which apparently was part a hormonal imbalance, and part leaky gut which is a part of my gluten allergy! All of which are on the road to healing now! )
All that to say! I don’t know what this urgency is to finish getting all of this stuff cleaned up but I am getting that same feeling that I had before I left Atlanta to head out on the road the first time. Something that I just can’t explain.
So! I am in a position yet again to trust. Follow this feeling of urgency that is telling me to get everything cleaned up. And get it freaking cleaned up!
Soon, you’ll start to see me posting more about trying to sell the last of the sound Healing inventory I have. Along with a few home items for sale. I have no idea what’s around the corner but if I know anything, I need to follow what spirit is showing me. Even if its not making sense!

4 Tips on how to strengthen your Connection

How do you think he knew about it’s existence? The etheric field, the akashic records, quantum entanglement… our body has all these tiny antennas that connect us to our environment. To each other. Universal consciousness. And it is limitless!
But there are so many people who can’t quit make the connection, or find that their connection is dull… here is what you need to do to connect, and to strengthen the connection. You may be unknowingly numbing and dumbing down yourself.
1. You must take care of your physical body.
Including what you eat, what you put on our skin, rest, and adding some type of movement into your week.
2. Monitor your thoughts.
Become aware of your limiting beliefs, negative self talk, and thoughts about others. Your thoughts become your mission in life and dictate your action.
3. Have the emotion!
Stop being avoidant, playing the victim, and being manipulative. Own the role you played, begin healing through acceptance. Look… I know you don’t want to feel the pain or the shame. But if you don’t allow the movement of that energy, it owns you and you will attract more of the same.
4. Find point of stillness and go within to plug in. This can be through sound bath sessions and meditation. A stillness practice is one where you are not engaging in output, but rather connecting inward.
To make your connection stronger, connect to inspiration, knowledge, healing, focus, connection, and feel more empowered… to reclaim your sovereignty! You must do all of the above. Not just one or two, all.
It will strengthen your immune system.
It will increase your capacity to love and attract love.
It will open your perspective to new empowered action.
It will change the trajectory of your life!

Oxford University Study Findings

This raised an eye brow! It is often suggested to pregnant women to listen to calming music to help reduce blood pressure. Just think about it being a sound healing session!

But more often than not, in a sound bath you reach a Centerpoint. A point in the sound where you are no longer your body. You are no longer your labels, and you disconnect from the stories that you tell yourself of who you are, who you can be, and what you can do.
You momentarily forget that you are a separate ego, personality, self, and you experience your interconnectedness with all that is. When you come out of this mystical experience, your perspective widens. Your compassion grows. Your focus is sharper. And you feel more empowered and making the change you want to see in your life.

In a study published in the Journal of Behavioral Medicine, patients suffering from backache, chronic migraine and tension headaches were able to decrease their pain medication and some patients were even able stop their pain medication with a consistent meditation practice.

What to say but to express sheer gratitude for all who came out for this evolution of spirit, mission, and being.
