Tonight is the last Full Moon of 2017 and it’s a Supermoon!

Tonight is the last Full Moon of 2017 and it’s a Supermoon!
It is a perfect time to check in with your body and ask yourself:
How are you feeling?
How are things unfolding?
What is stirring in you?
What are you learning?
See if you can tune in to the intelligence of your body, feeling into the answers, rather than let your mind answer.
We live in a world of contrasts: day or night, heat or cold, love or loneliness, health or illness, wealth or poverty, pleasure or pain, war or peace, and so on... These contrast’s can leave us confused with spiraling out thoughts about what we SHOULD do or COULD do, but HAVEN’T done, or DON’T do. “Feeling in” gives you an opportunity to connect to a Oneness within oneself. Allowing awareness’s and truth to arise so you can then choose to empower yourself to be proactive in making change and outgrow how these extreme contrasts effect you.
Today, look up at the moon. Feel in, to your body. Connect to the Oneness within oneself. The Supermoon energy will be potent all week. My sound bath on Thursday the 7th is great way to connect deeper with this energy. What’s coming up for you? Let’s talk about it! See you in a few days Atlanta!
