::::Sound On:::: was created for the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Certification Program students to have their first group public sound session as their final project.
Danielle will introduce your practitioner and then "pass the mic" for them to lead you in a truly one of a kind experience. Every sound bath session will be different and unique to the guest practitioners topic and intention.

In our current working culture, constant screen time blurs boundaries between professional and personal life, leading to burnout and disconnection from family, friends, and personal interests.
We often resort to mindless phone scrolling when overwhelmed, but this only leaves us feeling more overstimulated and burned out. Chronic burnout often leads to brain fog, anxiety, and constant mind chatter. Sound Immersion, commonly known as a Sound Bath, provides an environment where you can relax and regain your mental clarity.

Somatic Sound: Empowering individuals struggling with nervous system regulation for holistic mental and physical wellness.
After earning her B.A. in Neuroscience, Serena collaborated with diverse research teams investigating clinical outcomes following traumatic brain injury and identifying effective pharmacotherapies for preventing opioid relapse, contributing to meaningful discoveries and enhancing her understanding of neuropharmacology and cognitive rehabilitation. Serena also gained extensive experience in clinical settings, enriching her practical knowledge and refining her skills in patient care and clinical collaboration.
Now a certified Sound Practitioner through the SoundEmbrace Institute, Serena integrates her background in health and neuroscience with her personally developed ADD/ADHD management techniques to empower those looking to improve cognitive function and strengthen their mind-body connection. Through repeated parasympathetic nervous system activation and various somatic and mental tools, she assists clients in improving nervous system regulation, focus, mood, and "brain fog."
Sound immersion, often called a "sound bath" or "sound healing," is a non-invasive, alternative, and complementary treatment to standard interventions like pharmaceuticals and psychotherapy. It creates an environment where clients can develop mindfulness and meditation skills. Frequent sessions provide tools and strategies that empower individuals to regulate their own nervous system and meditate independently, helping them sustain results over time. Clients can appreciate the benefits of engaging in this practice long-term when they are able to effectively detach from work when needed, fully engage in the present moment, and nurture important relationships, leading to an overall gratifying and authentic life.
