Community Sound Bath with Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks

  • SoundEmbrace - Virtual (map)

Sound is a powerful tool for transformation. When we combine Sound + Community we cultivate self empowerment and find healing that transcends the challenges we currently face both individually and collectively.

About:

::::Sound On:::: was created for the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Certification Program students to have their first group public sound session as their final project.

Danielle will introduce your practitioner and then "pass the mic" for them to lead you in a truly one of a kind experience. Every sound bath session will be different and unique to the guest practitioners topic and intention.

After the sound healing session we will stick around for Q & A.

About Donations:

Current Goal $10k

Once SoundEmbrace meets this goal we will launch a competition amongst the graduates of the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Certification Program Alumni where they will have the opportunity to create a job opportunity for themselves.

The winner of the competition will create free sessions for the public/organization that is alignment with their mission and SoundEmbrace will pay them to do it.

This is our first endeavor into this new way of creating job opportunities for sound practitioners. I look forward to sharing the journey with you. We will soon have a page on our website sharing where we are in the process.

Currently, we have $305.00

Get the most out of our time together:

1. Find a comfortable quiet spot where you will not be disturbed (sitting or laying down - your pick!)

2. Get cozy! Grab a blanket, pillow, or eye mask

3. Have some water available so that you can hydrate after the experience

4. Headphones for optimal sound

5. Please note that your experience will also be determined by your internet connection.

6. Turn off notifications on your phone, device, or computer so you may fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Common Feedback from Sound Bath Experiences Include :

Reduced stress, anxiety, and depression, a calm mind and increased mental clarity, reduced pain, emotional release and clearing of emotional blockages, relaxation, better sleep, self discovery and transformation, and spiritual connection
