Good morning!! Just 18 hours left to support Soundembrace wellness app. Thank you for your messages, ideas, and hugs! Especially the hugs!!! I've needed them. It's been "one of those weeks"... you know the kind.. the kind where the overwhelm makes you second guess things. Even second guessing yourself. These moments are such blessings though. You get to see what you are made of, and if you don't like what's coming up, you can change it! I find so much strength in looking back at what I have accomplished in this field; providing sound healing for corporate companies like LinkedIn, Wix, and Casper. Collaborating with LuLuLemon and Studio Mix SF. And what I feel is my biggest accomplishment, is working with Paradigm San Francisco supporting kids dealing with various degrees of trauma. SHOOT! I'm also teaching other practitioners to do this and have 4 people I hire to do sound healing work from contracts I obtain! This overwhelm is temporary. To be a part of helping so many people see and experience life in a new way... is a reward I'm willing to sacrifice and work for. I wish this was around when I was sick and loosing hope... The link for the campaign is in the bio. Please donate $5. It is a small amount that will help in a big way! Thank you so much!
