I have been working on the app for the past few months without problem. I was energized! I was focused! I knew exactly what I needed to do! Well, life happens… it was just this past month that my attention had been pulled in so many different directions that I lost that focus, drive, and clear path of what was next. Though I was pulled for good reason… friends and family needing emotional support, birthdays, keeping by business going… I have been extremely frustrated!

So, what do you do? It has to get done! I have deadlines! Well, when your environment does not support the mission or goal, YOU CHANGE YOUR ENVIRONMENT! Thank goodness for friends who live in beautiful places! I am up in the mountains for a week to work on the app! It’s quiet. I have everything I need. I am so taken care of I don’t even have to think about food! It’s easy to put blame on outside sources, but if I did that nothing would get done! How do you empower yourself in these types of situations? It’s only the second day being here and I have accomplished so much! The goal is to have all content requirements complete by the end of this week so all I will have to work on are edits. Time to get back to it!
