Join us at The Overlook for Fortitude : A Sound Bath Session for Inner Strength.
This sound bath session will support you in cultivating mental and emotional resilience, perseverance, and tenacity. In developing mental and emotional fortitude you will strengthen your willpower, self discipline, gain more courage, and ability to withstand difficulties and obstacles in your path. When we cultivate this inner strength in our lives we become less stressed, able to become better problem solvers, and persevere in hard times.
