🧘‍♀️ Begin your journey with 30 minutes of gentle, restorative yoga. Explore soothing postures designed to melt away stress and tension, inviting a sense of playfulness and ease into your practice. Let go of the winter months worries and open your heart to new possibilities as you embrace the present moment.

🎵 Then, sink into an extended Savasana, where you'll be cocooned in comfort as the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gentle percussion wash over you. Allow the vibrations to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, where stresses melt away and renewed energy flows freely.

🥐 After the session, indulge in a delicious breakfast treat! Savor the flavors of summer as you sip on mimosas available for purchase from Sinclair Socials delightful bar and explore breakfast options from food truck partners.

What to bring?

  1. Yoga Mat

  2. Water

  3. And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.) Including any yoga blocks, and bolsters for your gentle yoga practice.

* Please note that this session will be outside. Rain plan will move us in doors.

We will be utilizing the warm weather in our 30 min gentle yoga practice to lengthen tight/stiff muscles, support detoxification and lymphatic drainage, all while creating the opportunity to relax and recharge!

Sound Healing has shown to support stress reduction, pain relief, and promote restful sleep. Some of the most frequent benefits people have experienced in a Sound Bath Immersion included:
