Emory University Wellness Day Sound Bath - Private Session Atlanta Ga

  • Emory Atlanta, GA United States (map)

Hi, Emory University Students! Join in for Sound Breath:

"Restore your connection and trust in your breath through sound."

The breath is intrinsically connected to all systems of the body. In our time together we will explore the depths of our breath, rehabilitating our trust and safety within it. You will begin your journey by connecting to simple, yet powerful somatic seated postures that will support you in anchoring into a grounded state within your physical body.

You will then transition into comfortably laying down, allowing the soothing sounds of quartz crystal bowls to lead you into a deeper relaxed state.

This is a private session for Emory University Students.

What to bring?

  1. Eye Mask.

  2. Yoga Mat

  3. Water

  4. And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
