Affirmations of Empowerment
In a special ritual of affirmation and connection, each guest will be given a card to inscribe with words of affirmation. These cards will be placed in a crystal bowl to charge with the healing frequencies of the sound bath. In the spirit of giving and receiving—a cycle so vital yet challenging for many of us—these cards will be shuffled and distributed randomly at the end of the session.
