Sunday, January 29- 9:30am - 4:30pm EST

SEE LEVEL 1 YOU WILL LEARN:
In this first training you will learn:
This class is open to all levels.
Instruments are not required.
The foundational tools of a sound bath experience.
What it is to hold space.
Focus on crystal and himalayan bowls.
You will learn how and why sound can be used to support the mind and body to heal as well as find focus, clarity, and creativity.
Partner exercises and homework to deepen your understanding of the concepts you are learning.
We will have group discussions to develop an understanding of your sound experiences and build a language around it.
You will also have access to the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Network to stay in touch with other Sound Practitioners, access to resources, and more!

No previous experience or instruments required. (Crystal Bowl or Himalayan Bow recommended to get the most out of this class)

Why so strict?
There is a growing interest in the field of Sound Healing Therapy and Sound Bath Sessions. To maintain the integrity of the practice and ensure you have the knowledge and skills to practice safely for yourself and others, attendance is mandatory. Completion of all 4 levels is essential to being a highly skilled facilitator and receive the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Certification.

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR CLASS?
Highly recommended to have at least one crystal bowl or Himalayan bowl.
(not mandatory for SEE Level 1, but will be helpful in class)A notebook + something to write with.
