::::Sound On:::: was created by Danielle Hall, the founder of SoundEmbrace to create an opportunity for her Sound Healing Certification Students to share their passion work in while serving the community in a free virtual sound bath.
Danielle will introduce your practitioner and then "pass the mic" for them to lead you in a truly one of a kind experience. Every sound bath session will be different and unique to the guest practitioners topic and intention.
After the sound healing session we will stick around for a 30 minute Q & A.
Get the most out of our time together:
1. Find a comfortable quiet spot where you will not be disturbed (sitting or laying down - your pick!)
2. Get cozy! Grab a blanket, pillow, or eye mask
3. Have some water available so that you can hydrate after the experience
4. Headphones for optimal sound

6. Turn off notifications on your phone, device, or computer so you may fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Description for this evenings sound bath:
Tonight you will be led into a relaxing experience, one that will help your mind and body to settle into a calm state. You will feel your breathing rise and fall as the sound waves wash over you; the sounds from the quartz crystal bowls, himalayan bowls and rain stick will allow the mind to find comfort in the stillness that is within. We will hold positive intentions as we walk through this sound journey from start to finish. After participating in this sound bath you may sense a difference, research has shown that you may feel reduced stress, regulated emotion and or increased focus and these are just to name a few!

Ebony Black is a Multi-Disciplinary artist and therapist that is located in the Atlanta GA area. Ebony has worked with individuals in the community to assist them in vocal empowerment; being able to put words to emotions and providing a safe space in order to release their truths without judgement. As a sound therapist, Ebony believes in the power that resonates through words as well as the vibrations of the sound bowls that can enhance a person's emotional radar allowing healing to take place in the mind, body and spirit. This belief is also reflected through her art practice in which she creates abstract paintings to evoke the viewer's raw emotion by using intentional colors, shapes and strokes. Her hope is that the art will spark the connection between vulnerability and emotional awareness; and also the healing that comes from actively living out both through vocal empowerment.
