Sound is a powerful tool for transformation. When we combine Sound + Community we cultivate self empowerment and find healing that transcends the challenges we currently face both individually and collectively.
About:
::::Sound On:::: was created by Danielle Hall, the founder of SoundEmbrace to create an opportunity for her Sound Healing Certification Students to share their passion work in while serving the community in a free virtual sound bath.
Danielle will introduce your practitioner and then "pass the mic" for them to lead you in a truly one of a kind experience. Every sound bath session will be different and unique to the guest practitioners topic and intention.
After the sound healing session we will stick around for a 30 minute Q & A.
Get the most out of our time together:
1. Find a comfortable quiet spot where you will not be disturbed (sitting or laying down - your pick!)
2. Get cozy! Grab a blanket, pillow, or eye mask
3. Have some water available so that you can hydrate after the experience
4. Headphones for optimal sound
5. Please note that your experience will also be determined by your internet connection.
6. Turn off notifications on your phone, device, or computer so you may fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Heart Haven Wellness :::
Restoration and Transformation Through Heart Connection
Give yourself permission to take a break, relax, and enjoy the soothing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls washing over you, all from the comfort and safety of your own home. Sound baths can help you relieve stress and anxiety, something that a lot of us are experiencing these days. So, find a quiet spot and pull up a yoga mat, couch, or a patch of grass, lay back and … do nothing.For this sound bath the intent is to relax and destress. I will lead you through a breathing exercise, a guided meditation, and the sound experience which includes singing bowls, chimes, and a drum. After the sound bath, there will be a short silence and then you will hear the dulcet tones of my voice as l lead you out of the experience with some grounding and breathing.
Bio:
Dana Kindness is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner with the Sound Embrace Institute and a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. With these two powerful healing modalities backed by scientific research, she brings you the opportunity to relax and let go of the worries of everyday life and the space to connect with yourself, others, the natural world around you, and discover new possibilities for your life. She brings to this work of forest therapy and sound healing her love of nature and years spent outdoors working as an environmental and outdoor educator. She has helped everyone from kindergarteners through adults connect with nature through programs like seashore ecology and forest ecology. As a facilitator of team building activities and initiatives, she has helped people to discover their abilities, find confidence in themselves and others, and solve problems. She has had a love of music since childhood, when she learned to play piano, clarinet, and sang in the chorus. Song often provided her with a cathartic outlet for her feelings. She brings this love music to her sound healing practice. When she first heard the singing bowls, she knew she had to do this work. She hopes to help others find stillness so that they can heal in whatever ways are necessary to grow and thrive as individuals who are part of a greater whole.
