Kundalini Yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, is a gorgeous practice that blends your mind, body and spirit together as one. Danielle Mercurio will start off class with a set that incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mantras to awaken the energy housed deep from within. Kundalini yoga is an ancient tool for promoting physical well-being, expanding consciousness and tapping into creativity.
You will then transition into an extended savasana where Danielle Hall will create a sound bath experience specific to the energetics of the group. As a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, her teachings and facilitation are based on the Law of Resonance, Psychoacoustics, and Yogic Philosophy.
This class explores your mental capacity to relax while bringing attention to different areas of the body. Through this integrative practice of yoga and sound, you will leave feeling a sense of peace and harmony. Come with an open heart and readiness to expand. Each individual will work with the breathe and body at their own pace. This is for all levels of experience. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
