Soul Flow + Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of yoga, soulful tunes and sonic creations. In this popular collaboration Angela will guide you through a 75 minute soulful slow flow practice with music by some of the great soul musicians of our time. As we move toward stillness you will be washed in a "bath" of healing sounds while Danielle artfully creates a (40 minute) sonic savasana experience through her singing bowls. These vibrant tones build and evolve, producing a sea of sound that is pulsing with energy.
