Morning Cup Introspection: Almond Milk Chai Latte

Morning Cup Introspection: Almond Milk Chai Latte

December 14th / 11:12am/ San Francisco, CA.

Aw man! Slowing down is tough this week. Frankly, I am resisting it but I know it will do me some good. I am in the Bay Area for 7 days with 5 back-to-back sound baths, which means I have to sleep a little more than usual, drive a little more than usual, and pack in a little more computer work than usual. Taking this little bit of time to slow down is bringing to attention the fact that I would not be able to do what I am doing without the support of some really amazing people. Without Amanda Hibbert , I wouldn’t have a car to borrow, Dominic takes care of my Bay Area set of instruments, and I bounce back and forth between Carmen, Dominic, Amanda, and Emily’s spare bedrooms or couches. There are places I have found, like this coffee shop, that have reliable Internet, good caffeine (haha!) and GF food options, and most importantly, ALWAYS has a seat for me! Although I am feeling the rush to keep moving, its nice to take a minute to feel the support that is all around me. OK… I have 3 more sound baths to go! Join me if you’d like! Tonight is a private gathering for Soulstice Sisterhood with Ashley Burnett , tomorrow Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath with Lorraine Perez, and Sunday Rest and Reset! More later! Gotta go!
