Retreat Highlights:

Friday, October 18

  • Welcome Circle: Begin your journey with an invigorating bonfire cacao ceremony and an opening drum circle, where you'll set your intentions and connect with the rhythm of nature as we celebrate the season's cycle of the end of the harvest, life, death, and rebirth as we move into the fall season.

Saturday, October 19

  • Sunrise Serenity: Greet the dawn with a movement and meditation session designed to awaken your senses and harmonize your spirit with the breathtaking surroundings, followed by a grounding breakfast to nourish your body and soul.

  • Nature Immersion: Embark on a guided hike through verdant trails to a secluded waterfall. Here, engage in a reflective water meditation and respond to journaling prompts that encourage deep personal insights amidst the tranquil sounds of cascading waters.

  • Leisure and Exploration: Enjoy the afternoon at your own pace—whether it’s swimming in the lake, fishing along the lush banks (bring your own gear), or simply exploring the myriad of trails that crisscross this vibrant landscape.

  • Sunset Sound Bath: As the day folds into evening, unwind with a restorative sound bath session amidst the fields, allowing the harmonious vibrations to soothe your mind and deepen your connection to the earth. This peaceful experience culminates with a communal long table dinner set in a picturesque meadow under the stars.

Sunday, October 20

  • Closing Circle: Our retreat concludes with a morning movement practice at sunrise, followed by a reflective closing circle to integrate your experiences and a nourishing to-go breakfast, setting a mindful tone as you re-enter your daily life.
