What do we need within ourselves to create Aligned Action?

This week I am offering 5 - 30 min virtual sound bath sessions with the intention of anchoring into to the parts of ourselves that may feel stuck, are grieving, or are filled with anxiety. If you can stick around afterwards, I will open it up to Q+A.

You can choose to sign up through the SoundEmbrace Membership and have access to the recordings for the month of July, along with access to 2min, 10min, and 30min sound healing tracks for $22 (If you are already a member, you will have access to these live sessions. )

OR, you can choose to opt in for just for the week for $12. (No replay)
