Singing Bowls 101 is open to all levels but is a prerequisite for Level 1-5 of the Sound Healing Certification Program.

I am STOKED to support you in learning how to play your crystal bowls and himalayan bowls for yourself for relieving stress, reducing pain, and gaining clarity and focus! Not to mention, enhance your meditation practice! When we are grounded and clear, it supports all other areas of our lives.

But thats not the only reason to take this class! I will also teach you how to make this a sustainable practice so that if you decide to do this for friends and family, or advance into Level 1 of the Sound Healing Certification Program your body will be prepared for the amount of energy it will receive from the instruments.

• This class is a total of 2 weeks and includes 12 hours of pre recorded classes to be released on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week.

• Class also includes 2 - 1 hour Live Classes on Wednesday, May 26th and Wednesday June 2nd from 6:30-7:30pm EST.

Here you will gain a foundation for your Sound Healing practice.

1. We will create a daily practice.

2. Weekly discussion to create a language around your experiences.

3. Learn about the chakras and how they relate to your experiences.

4. Ergonomics of facilitating.

5. Review types of bowls and mallets.

6. Learn the history of practical application.

7. How to create space, hold sacred space, and close sacred space.

8. Intro to Metaphysical Science.

9. How to set yourself up for success and sustainability in the field.

10. The importance of your story.

What is needed for class?
You will need at least one (1) crystal bowl or (1) Himalayan bowl.
A notebook

• Instruments are not included.

• You will need one (1) crystal bowl or himalayan bowl for this class.

• Link to platform and class will be emailed to participant 2 days prior to class starting.

• There are NO makeup days to the live classes. Live classes will be recorded and only available for replay during the time frame of the class.

• This class is a pre requisite to Level 1 - Sound Healing Certification Program and student must attend all Live classes.
