Regulars, those who have become family, and the newbies, I appreciate and love you all, and I am continually inspired by you.
We are all trying to do the best we can with the information we have and life experience up to this point. Recognition of this allows us to show more compassion to the situation. More importantly, to Self.
From health, relationships, or big life changes, we can only begin to move forward when we allow ourselves to begin exactly in the truth of where we are. Even if the truth doesn’t feel good to look at, it’s the only way to begin healing.
Otherwise, what remains ignored will become the monster we truly feared to face in the first place.
